An update that has four fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for sap-suse-cluster-connector fixes the following issues:

  * Update to version 3.1.4:
    * Fix typos and update help message (bsc#1246872)
    * Fix typos in man page sap_suse_cluster_connector.8 (bsc#1178723)
    * Update sap_suse_cluster_connector.8 to explain the output of lsr (list-sap-resources) (bsc#1178779)
    * remove old /usr/local/bin/sap_cluster_connector link from postinstall. 
      * With current version 3 of the 'SAP HA Script Connector Library' this link is not needed. (bsc#1271203)
  * add require for perl and syslog
  * fix license file location (%license instead of %doc)
