## Description:
This update for gtk-vnc fixes the following issues:
Changes in gtk-vnc:
* Add BuildRequires for python3-base
* virt-manager crash when connecting to instance using VNC (bsc#1268264)
* virt-manager segfault error 4 in libgvnc-1.0.so.0.0.1 (bsc#1258497)
