An update that has one fix can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for policycoreutils fixes the following issues:

  * Drop /tmp cleanup to avoid TOCTOU issues (bsc#1271645):
    * can be dropped once "policycoreutils/scripts/fixfiles: drop /tmp cleanup" is in the upstream release
