An update that has one fix can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for php-composer2 fixes the following issues:

  * Fix: php-composer2 2.8.9 /usr/bin/composer2 phar has byte-swapped signature
    on s390x "broken or unsupported signature", composer2 unusable
    (bsc#1271729):
    * fix a regression on s390x due to the last change
