An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for yast2-security fixes the following issues:

  * Update to version 4.6.2:
    * Drop obsolete USERADD_CMD, USERDEL_PRECMD, USERDEL_POSTCMD in /etc/login.defs.d/70-yast.defs (bsc#1231006, bsc#1273239).
