An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for resource-agents fixes the following issues:

  * Fix: aws-vpc-move-ip curl_retries/curl_sleep Default Regression
    (bsc#1273102)
    * Reorganize aws patches
  * Fix: issue with "ocf:suse:aws-vpc-move-ip: got no meta-data, does this RA
    exist?" (bsc#1274717)
