An update that has one fix can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for ansible-linux-system-roles fixes the following issues:

  * Update to version 1.4.1:
    * Fix HA cluster deployment on pacemaker 3.x (bsc#1271113)
    * Update ha_cluster role to version 1.31.3:
      * crmsh: replace 'crm_verify' with 'crm configure verify' so pacemaker 3.x deprecation warnings no longer abort the "Verify shadow CIB" task with rc=78 (bsc#1271113)
      * crmsh: add support for QDevice, Qnet and Diskless SBD
      * export node attributes utilization and stonith levels
    * Exclude upstream CI and dev tooling files from the collection
