## Description:

This update for qclib fixes the following issues:

  * Upgrade qclib to 2.5.2 (bsc#1263992):
    * Changes:
      * Recognize IBM z17 single frame and LinuxONE Rockhopper models
      * Added requires `glibc-gconv-modules-extra`
    * Bug fixes:
      * Fix duplicate LPAR group entries
