An update that contains two features can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for libzpc fixes the following issues:

Upgrade libzpc to version 1.4.0 (jsc#PED-11163, jsc#PED-14275):

  * [FEATURE] Support for MSA 10 (XTS-FULL) and MSA 11 (HMAC)
