An update that has three fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for release-notes-sle_hpc fixes the following issues:

  * Upgrade version to 15.7.20251031 (bsc#933411)
  * Added apptainer info (bsc#1235749)
  * Added note about warewulf 4.5.8 update info (bsc#1235766)
