## Description:

This update for virt-manager fixes the following issues:

  * Unable to create an SEV-SNP enabled guest with virt-manager This simplifies
    the code from what used to be required for sev while adding initial tdx
    support (bsc#1252105).
  * Add support for creating TDX guests in virt-install (jsc#PED-9265)
