An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for libzypp fixes the following issues:

Changes in libzypp:

  * runposttrans: strip root prefix from tmppath (bsc#1250343)
  * fixup! Make ld.so ignore the subarch packages during install (bsc#1246912)
  * version 17.37.18
