## Description:
This update for hyper-v fixes the following issues:
* fcopy: Fix irregularities with size of ring buffer
* fcopy: Fix incorrect file path conversion
* enable debug logs for hv_kvp_daemon (bsc#1244154)
* update route parsing in kvp daemon
* reduce resource usage in hv_kvp_daemon
* reduce resouce usage in hv_get_dns_info helper
* hv_kvp_daemon: Pass NIC name to hv_get_dns_info as well
* terminate fcopy daemon if read from uio fails
* change permissions of NetworkManager configuration file
* fix a complier warning in the fcopy uio daemon
* remove obsolete kvptest.ps1.txt which failed since a decade
* remove obsolete rpm postinstall code for SLE11SP2
