## Description:

This update for libkkc fixes the following issues:

  * Update libkkc.spec:
    * Move software COPYING file under %license macro to fit openSUSE Build requirement.
  * Fix Leap 15.6 build:
    * also fix %suse_version bump in SUSE 16.1. (jsc#PED-15818)
