An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for resource-agents fixes the following issues:

  * Fix: L3: Backport upstream commit resource-agents (bsc#1269009)
  * Fix: ec2 and awsvip resource agent's retry mechanism for AWS monitoring
    (bsc#1251836)
  * Add auth_type parameter and AWS Policy based authentication type
