An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for cloud-regionsrv-client fixes the following issues:

  * Update to version 11.0.3:
    * Write instance data cache file after cleaning the cache when the update server fails (bsc#1265930)
    * Create the cache directory when populating the cache (bsc#1267739)
