An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for dpdk fixes the following issues:

Changes in dpdk:

Update to version 24.11.6:

  * docs: fix build issue due to missing spacing between paragraphs
  * Revert “net: fix packet type for stacked VLAN”

Update to version 24.11.5:

  * Summary:

    * Fixed buffer overflows (dma-perf, openssl) and use-after-free's in vhost.
    * Intel: Fixes for i40e, iavf, ice, and ixgbe regarding flow parsing, memory leak, and MAC management.
    * NVIDIA/Mellanox: Fixes for mlx5 regarding bonding, HW steering (HWS) and secondary process logic.
    * Fixes race conditions and resource leaks in netvsc (Hyper-V)
    * Fixes for Marvell (cnxk), Broadcom (bnxt), and Amazon (mana).
