An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for rasdaemon fixes the following issues:

  * Avoid races which may let the rasdaemon fail to start at bootup
    (bsc#1252733)
    * skip not existing events
  * Fix: on systems where no DIMMs are installed and the systems only have HBM
    memory, the ras-mc-ctl --register-labels and --print-labels return an error
    instead of an info message (bsc#1240542)
  * Change service from localonly to manual to avoid service run on check-in
