An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for python-matplotlib, python-tabulate fixes the following issues:

Changes in python-matplotlib:

  * Skip failing tests, sync test section with slfo-main branch
  * TST: Use correct method of clearing mock objects
  * Fix: various rebuild issues with python (bsc#1268243)

Changes in python-tabulate:

  * Skip tests failing on recent python interpreters (bsc#1256318)
  * Fix: various rebuild issues with python (bsc#1268243)
