An update that solves one vulnerability and has one security fix can now be
installed.

## Description:

This update for libssh2_org fixes the following issue

Security changes:

  * CVE-2026-55199: pre-Authentication DoS via SSH_MSG_EXT_INFO Handler
    (bsc#1268530).

Other changes:

  * rebuild libssh2_org against openssl 1.1.1, enabling ed25519 support.
    (bsc#1227490)
