An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for s390-tools fixes the following issues:

  * Upgrade to version 2.43.0:
    * Fix: [QE][Build 39.11] sel-ebc-paes-enforce.service:23: Failed to parse output specifier, ignoring: console (bsc#1268516)
    * Fix: SCSI LUN for reboot not set ant the end of installation (bsc#1266436)
