An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for ServiceReport fixes the following issues:

  * Update to version 2.2.4+git12.bc007b2 (bsc#1270052):
    * [kdump] Fix TypeError in kdump component check
  * Update to version 2.2.4+git11.8bf0f05:
    * Remove PrivateDevices=true
    * remove type=oneshot
    * add new plugin Spyre card configuration
  * Fix packaging to use proper Python related macros (bsc#1244547)
  * Modernize upstream packaging
