An update that contains one feature and has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for pesign fixes the following issues:

  * Set stricter permissions on /etc/pki/pesign (bsc#1271405)
  * Disable the wchar_t warnings on arm32
  * Constify the return pointer of strrchr() (bsc#1258751)
  * Use /var/lib/empty as the the home directory of the pesign system user and
    remove /var/lib/pesign (jsc#PED-14755)
  * Move '/run/pesign' to pesign-systemd which creates the directory in the post
    script
