## Description:

This update for saphana-checks fixes the following issues:

  * Checks:
    * NEW - NVMe enabled on Hyperscalers
    * NEW - Azure network tuning and ring buffer checks
    * fix checksets check ordering
    * check 2010: adapt THP defrag check for kernels with fix
    * SLES saptune version 3.2.3
    * SAP Host Agent 7.22 PL71
  * OS/Hyperscaler:
    * SLES kernel issue - SAP HANA Backint backups are extremely slow on SLES 15 SP7
    * IBM Cloud, Amazon EC2 - add + remove instances
    * Add GCP support to NVMe I/O timeout check
    * Amazon Backint agent - new version
    * Microsoft Azure azcopy - new version
    * Google Cloud's Agent for SAP version 3.14
  * HANA:
    * SAP HANA client new version 2.28.21
  * Code Quality and Refactoring:
    * CI - Minimal required permissions (hardened: default GITHUB_TOKEN is read-only)
    * CI - shfmt, actions/upload-artifact
    * new bashunit version 0.36
