An update that has one fix can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for ovmf fixes the following issues:

  * OvmfPkg/MemFd: add AmdSev changes, switch AmdSev build to include added
    PcdSevLaunchSecretBase and PcdQemuHashTableBase entries to the MEMFD
    section. (bsc#1266809)
    * Testing shows that booting an SEV-SNP guest works fine, and running snpguest generate measurement now succeeds.
