An update that solves one vulnerability and has one security fix can now be
installed.

## Description:

This update for iproute2 fixes the following issue

  * CVE-2024-58251: denial of service via terminal escape sequences
    (bsc#1254324).

Other updates:

  * support display of bound but unconnected sockets (bsc#1204562)
