An update that contains two features can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for binutils fixes the following issues:

  * Migrate from update-alternatives to libalternatives (jsc#PED-15667).
  * Update %suse_version greater than 1600 checks (jsc#PED-15792).
  * Split new libsframe2 package from binutils (shared lib policy).
  * Make gold subpackage no require binutils in a specific version.
  * Add binutils workaround premature libsframe uninst for this to temporarily
    avoid 99-check-remove-rpms getting in the way.
  * Fix a compile error with new glibc.

## Patch Instructions:

To install this SUSE update use the SUSE recommended installation methods like
YaST online_update or "zypper patch".
