This update for python-gcemetadata fixes the following issues:

  * Add licenses option in identity command.

Update to version 1.0.4 (bsc#1173136)

  * Fix typo, missing "=" for "identity" option in processed command line
    options causes mis-identification of instance as missing identity data
    access

Update to version 1.0.3 (bsc#1134510)

  * Handle the condition where the identity data of the instance may not be
    accessible from the metadata server and provide proper error messaging
