An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for virt-manager fixes the following issues:

  * Fix: A VM will fail to boot with Intel TDX or AMD SNP with a TPM device
    defined in the VM (bsc#1257182)
  * Fix: virt-manager: Missing upstream bug fixes (bsc#1027942)
