An update that has one fix can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for google-cloud-sap-agent fixes the following issues:

  * Update to version 3.11 (bsc#1257821)
  * Fix logging calls in hanadiskbackup and hanadiskrestore.
  * Add instance name label to HANA disk backups.
  * Update workloadagentplatform submodule hash.
  * Refactor HANA disk restore to use new-disk-suffix.
  * Update workloadagentplatform dependency to a newer commit.
  * Refactor snapshot name generation and validation.
  * Implement Snapshot Group label setting and SG deletion.
  * Restart tuned service before verification in configure instance
  * Remove legacy iam shared package
  * Improve HANA stop error handling in hanabackup.
  * Add INFO level log message for WLM ConfigureInstance check.
  * Add tuned-adm verify to X4 configuration.
  * sched_min/wakeup_granularity_ns in tuned is under [scheduler] not [sysctl]
