An update that has one fix can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for sap-installation-wizard fixes the following issues:

  * SAP Business One 2602: failure to install (bsc#1258485)
    * Add install parameter --lss_userid=800
    * Replace deprecated parameter --lss_trust_unsigned_server by the new paramter --lss_trust_unsigned_components
    * Do not remove passwd.xml file also if cleanup is not wanted
  * Update to version 4.6.19
