## Description:

This update for protobuf fixes the following issues:

  * Fix import issues with google.protobuf namespace (bsc#1257662).
  * Opt for individual %patch statements for varying strip levels.
  * Configure _default_patch_fuzz to 2 for successful application of cherry-
    picked patches.
