An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for libmtp fixes the following issues:

Updated to 1.1.23:

  * lots of new ids
  * disabled incorrect id that caused a Lenovo crash
  * small bugfixes

  * Fix rules installation issue (boo#1234772 bsc#1261532) Rules were installed
    in /usr/lib/udev/rules.d/udev/rules.d
