An update that has one fix can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for dpdk fixes the following issues:

  * Update to version 24.11.5:
    * https://doc.dpdk.org/guides-24.11/rel_notes/release_24_11.html#id15
    * Summary:
      * Fixed buffer overflows (dma-perf, openssl) and use-after-free's in vhost.
      * Intel: Fixes for i40e, iavf, ice, and ixgbe regarding flow parsing, memory leak, and MAC management.
      * NVIDIA/Mellanox: Fixes for mlx5 regarding bonding, HW steering (HWS) and secondary process logic.
      * Fixes race conditions and resource leaks in netvsc (Hyper-V)
      * Fixes for Marvell (cnxk), Broadcom (bnxt), and Amazon (mana). 
  * Add libarchive as dependency, avoid errors like '/lib/firmware/... cannot be
    decompressed' where firmware is compressed (bsc#1260007).
