## Description:

This update for apache2 fixes the following issues:

  * Update to 2.4.66:
    * ECO: (jsc#PED-15953):
    * Fix: apache2-worker segfaults (bsc#1254182)
  * Removed patches, as they've been merged/fixed upstream.
  * Removed these FIPS-related patches too, as they too have been merged
    upstream
