An update that has one fix can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for fence-agents fixes the following issues:

  * Fix: azure-cli - Stonith failing to start - "raise ValueError("API version
    {} does not have operation group 'virtual_machines'".format(api_version))"
    (bsc#1263816)
  * Update fence_azure_arm:
    * fence_azure_arm: use azure identity instead of msrest
    * azure_fence.py: update the fix for managed identity authentication
