## Description:

This update for health-checker fixes the following issues:

  * Update to version 1.13+git20260414.bb3e4ad:
    * Update configure.ac with autoupdate
    * Remove dependencies on cloud-init and for removed plugins (bsc#1244078)
    * Revert "fix(systemd): Fix dependency cycle with other systemd services"
    * fix(systemd): Fix dependency cycle with other systemd services
    * fix(dracut): Skip dracut module on BLS systems
    * Release version 1.13
    * Use Automatic Boot Assessment for systemd-boot/grub2-bls
    * README: clearify services in After section
    * Set RemainAfterExit=yes
