An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for nvidia-open-driver-G07-signed fixes the following issues:

  * update non-CUDA variant to 595.99.02 (bsc#1277068)
  * enable -rt kernel flavor for SLE greater than or equal to 16.1
  * update CUDA variant to 610.57.04
  * Workaround: Require update-alternatives on SLE16.1/Leap 16.1 and later as
    long as CUDA packages have not been adjusted yet (bsc#1267820)
