An update that has five fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for gnutls fixes the following issues:

Changes in gnutls:

  * FIPS: Deprecate ECDSA siggen with less than 128-bit (bsc#1265613)
  * FIPS: Mark SHA-224 and SHA3-224 as legacy (bsc#1265609, bsc#1265611)
  * FIPS: Deprecate HMAC with keys less than 128-bit (bsc#1265610)
  * FIPS: Deprecate RSA Signatures with less than 128-bit (bsc#1265612)
