An update that has two fixes can now be installed.
## Description:
This update for shadow fixes the following issues:
* Mark /etc/default/useradd as %config(noreplace) to restore the behavior
prior to the file being removed from shadow. (bsc#1275902)
* Fix regression caused in (bsc#1259542)
