An update that has one fix can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for python-kiwi fixes the following issues:

  * Fix: TestSystemSetup::test_cleanup unit test
    * The test was missing proper mocking and did not work as a generic test on all archs.
  * Fix: s390 ECKD VM image does not expand to full size of partition
    (bsc#1271171):
    * Recreate VTOC with fdasd before recreating partitions
