An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for permissions fixes the following issue:

  * Update to version 20250826:

  * profiles: backport nvidia-modprobe (bsc#1278351)

  * profiles: add cacti-spine cap_net_raw (bsc#1273300)
