## Description:

This update for libnvidia-egl-x11 fixes the following issues:

Changes in libnvidia-egl-x11:

  * Update to version 1.0.6:
    * Fix building on FreeBSD
    * Add some fixes for handling the attribute list in eglCreateWindow/PixmapSurface
    * Add a setting to tell egl-x11 to run on the normal NVIDIA Xorg driver. Requires DRI3 1.2 support, which was added in 595 and later drivers.
    * base:
      * Use an rwlock for the surface list
      * Use an rwlock for eglInitialize/eglTerminate
      * Add an explicit egl dependency
      * Add an optional hook for eglSwapInterval
      * Add basic support for EGL_KHR_partial_update
      * Add an EplImplFuncs function for EGL_BUFFER_AGE
      * Add an EplImplFuncs function for eglSetDamageRegionKHR
      * Replace EplImplFuncs::QueryBufferAge with QuerySurface
      * Fix eglSetDamageRegionKHR for non-postable surfaces
      * Fix eglSwapInterval to return correct error without current context
    * Replace eplGetCurrentDisplay with eplGetCurrentSurface
    * egl-wayland2: add FP16 DRM format
    * Update the X11 code to match the base library changes
    * x11:
      * Remove some unused function pointers
      * Implement EGL_BUFFER_AGE_KHR tracking for window surfaces
    * Poll for resize events in x11 SwapBuffers
    * Fix parameter validation
