Changes in libnvidia-egl-gbm:

  * Update to version 1.1.3:
    * Add missing validation for EGL_NATIVE_RENDERABLE to eglChooseConfig. Fixes dEQP-EGL.functional.negative_api.*
  * Update to version 1.1.2.1:
    * egl-gbm: add FP16 DRM format
