An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for ansible-linux-system-roles fixes the following issues:

  * Update suseconnect role to 1.0.2:
    * add HTTP proxy support
    * change required-package handling
    * fix false Azure detection on on-prem Hyper-V
  * Update to version 1.4.0 (bsc#1271174):
    * add new role
  * Add logging role 1.16.0 (SLE 16 only):
    * rsyslog-based logging configuration management

    * initial SLE 16 support
