An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for rsyslog fixes the following issues:

Changes in rsyslog:

  * Fix segfault in gtls (bsc#1274610)
  * Fix RainerScript replace() heap buffer overflow (bsc#1275926)
