An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for sssd fixes the following issues:

  * Fix: sssd cached credentials lost after update (bsc#1195552):
    * Remove caches only when performing a package downgrade
  * Fix: sss_override changes lost after sssd-common update (bsc#1280079):
    * The sssd daemon takes care of upgrading the database format when necessary
