## Description:

This update for smc-tools fixes the following issues:

Changes in smc-tools:

  * Upgrade smc-tools to version 1.8.8 (bsc#1276309):
    * Bug fixes:
      * smc_rnics: reflect SW PNET ID applied via IB device name (mlx)
      * smc_rnics: fix Integrated Network misidentified as Network Express
