Changes in lkl:

  * Merge opensuse-kernel/SLE15-SP6-LTSS
  * lkl: fix incremental build via tools/lkl
  * Skip installed header read when sizes differ
  * Ignore update-messages file creation errors in %post (bsc#1274589)
