An update that contains two features can now be installed.

## Description:

This update for perf fixes the following issues:

Changes in perf:

  * Create python3-perf package to support Python profiling (jsc#PED-16689)
  * Create perf-plugin-jvmti package to support JAVA profiling (jsc#PED-16405)
